La Tomate Verte is the story of Sébastien, a graduate of Vatel and Ferrandis Paris, and Maryline, holder of a BEP Salle, who have returned from 10 years in New Zealand to open a restaurant in the south of France.
Aquired in April 2016, La Tomate Verte has been in existence for 9 years. Today, eager to share their passion and know-how, La Tomate Verte invites you to share the passion - just a stone's throw from La Rotonde - in the historic center of Aix en Provence.
